For this series of sponsor spots, we handled the complete post-production process from start to finish. After receiving the material, we prepared all media for a smooth edit workflow, managing proxy creation, project organization, and edit prep. We coordinated closely with both the agency and the chosen creatives, ensuring communication remained clear and workflows efficient throughout the process.

Acting as the link between agency and creative departments, we supervised each stage — from offline editing to online conform, grading, sound design, and graphics integration. Roundtrips were planned and executed without delays, with every department receiving the right files at the right time.

Our focus on quality control at every step ensured that the final spots met both the agency’s creative vision and the technical requirements for delivery. All masters were prepared in the required formats and delivered on schedule, ready for broadcast and digital use.
